Before we break ground, we lock in the construction program, procurement, permits, and site safety plans. Careful planning at this stage is what keeps the build on schedule and on budget once we mobilise.
Our experienced site teams deliver the build with hands-on supervision, rigorous quality control, and coordinated scheduling across every trade. Clear, consistent communication keeps you informed as your project takes shape.
On completion we carry out a detailed quality inspection, resolve any defects, and hand over all compliance documentation and warranties — backed by responsive, ongoing support well after the keys change hands.

Montenaro Projects completed a new headquarters for Dabbagh Group in Ballarat, Victoria.
Dabbagh Group is an internationally recognised, family-owned business who are leaders in the supply of high-quality Australian lamb, mutton, beef and by-products, both chilled and frozen.
With branches in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Turkey, this new facility is a key asset to keep up with the demand for their premium meat products.
The Ballarat facility will increase operational efficiencies and have a primary focus on exporting meat products internationally.

Montenaro Projects is delighted to announce the completion of a new workshop for one of Australia's largest providers of new and used forklift and access equipment, United Forklift and Access Solutions.
Having outgrown their previous home in Altona and failing to find a facility that met their needs, they decided to build a fit-for-purpose facility.
The new 5,700m² Sunshine West facility is inclusive of 5,000m² of workshop space, 700m² of office and specialised areas such as spray booth, washbay and parts sorter. There is also extensive concrete hardstand providing a display yard, work yard and carpark.
Future-proofed, the workshop has been designed and built with the capacity to expand further when required.
During the construction period, wet weather and COVID restrictions posed significant challenges however, Vaughan was able to complete the project in six months.

Montenaro Projects was appointed to execute the expansion and repositioning of an existing 39,000m² into a 52,300m² facility that contains seven tenancies between 5,000m²-10,000m², each with a carbon neutral office space and amenities.
CLT and Glulam are known for their sustainability benefits and aesthetic qualities, however these materials also have impressive load-bearing properties. While significantly lighter than steel, making it easier to handle, CLT and Glulam's strength and stability makes it ideal for structural purposes.
For this project, the timber had a net benefit of 524,000kg CO2e from the atmosphere and a saving of three weeks construction time.

In order to keep up with their growing business across Australia, K&S appointed Montenaro Projects the task of designing and constructing their new facility in Truganina.
The facility comprises of corporate and operational offices, driver's facilities, a 2,304m² cross-dock building, 15,000m² warehouse and a 5,337m² truck service and maintenance building. An extensive amount, 78,650m² of pavements surround the facility.
Vaughan also provided innovative design solutions of post tension floors and bitumen container pavements that resulted in the project being completed well within budget and prior to the scheduled completion date.
